Case study local government
A local government region was undergoing great change as a result of outsourcing services and budget cuts.
C-ALF worked with the organisation to facilitate culture change and to explore innovative new ways of working that would deliver an excellent service and provide value for money.
We facilitated 10 multi disciplinary action learning sets, who met over a period of 8 months with change and service improvement projects sponsored by their leaders.
The programme resulted in cross organisational working and savings to the organisation of 5% of their annual budget whilst developing new innovative solutions to delivering services
