  • A local government region was undergoing great change as a result of outsourcing services and budget cuts.
  • C-ALF worked with the organisation to facilitate culture change and to explore innovative new ways of working that would deliver an excellent service and provide value for money.
  • We facilitated 10 multi disciplinary action learning sets, who met over a period of 8 months with change and service improvement projects sponsored by their leaders.
  • The programme resulted in cross organisational working and savings to the organisation of 5% of their annual budget whilst developing new innovative solutions to delivering services
